Our Environment
Located at CocoaPlex Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania. CocoaPlex Cinema features seven theaters, handicap seating, stadium seating and digital sound in a state-of-the-art environment. Our specially designed theaters and movie screens create an intimate movie viewing experience, and our child booster seats ensure that the whole family will enjoy the show!
Cocoaplex Policies and Procedures
In order to serve you better, CocoaPlex Cinema offers two day advanced ticket sales for all shows. Feel free to purchase your movie tickets up to two days in advance from our box office during normal operational hours. Sorry, tickets cannot be reserved by phone or internet.
Due to providing an extensive menu, no outside food or beverage will be permitted into the theater.
Our concession stand offers a variety of fresh snacks and beverages including coffee, hot chocolate and pretzel bites. Be sure to ask our concessionist for the flavored coffee of the day.
Please be advised that children under the age of 17 will not be permitted into rated "R" auditoriums without a parent or guardian 21 of age or older. Photo ID is required to purchase tickets, and to enter (R)-rated auditoriums.
We will gladly take credit cards for your payment. We accept the following credit/debit cards: Visa or Mastercard.
Ticket purchases are non-refundable.
Donation Requests:
Please be advised that donation requests are reviewed only once per month. Due to the amount of requests that the theatre receives, we are unable to donate to all organizations that may inquire. Donation requests are to be explained on letterhead, include a contact name and phone number and turned into the General Manager two months prior to the event.
In order to protect all of our guests and safeguard our presentation, all large backpacks, purses and other large carry items are subject to search. In order not to disrupt your visit; we encourage you to leave large carry items in your vehicle.
